Channel Optimization and Competitive Analysis
A Director of eCommerce Solutions for a large pharmaceutical company needed to optimize his company’s operations to support the new web channel that IW had already redesigned. IW conducted 6-sigma analysis of customer on-boarding processes, undertook an extensive competitive analysis, and documented the end-to-end vaccine process – from marketing to pricing to manufacturing to customer support – looking for ways to make the process more efficient. The company implemented many of IW’s recommendations for areas of improvement.
